About the Role

As a Senior AI Sourcing Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of talent acquisition and artificial intelligence. You will leverage Masvoq's proprietary AI matching engine to identify, engage, and secure elite engineering talent for our global enterprise clients. You won't just be recruiting; you'll be training our algorithms to find better matches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment cycles for Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
• Utilize AI tools, predictive analytics, and semantic search to map complex talent ecosystems.
• Partner directly with client hiring managers (VPs & CTOs) to define highly technical role requirements.
• A/B test automated outreach campaigns to maximize candidate response rates.
• Ensure a flawless, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience (agency or internal tech company).
• Deep, demonstrable understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Science, and Software Engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) and sourcing automation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
