We act as an intermediary connecting organizations with prospective candidates. We do not guarantee employment for any candidate, nor do we guarantee the specific performance of any hired candidate for a client.
3. User Responsibilities
- Candidates: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your employment history, skills, and qualifications. Providing false information may result in immediate removal from our talent network.
- Clients: You agree to provide accurate job descriptions and adhere to all local, state, and national labor laws when utilizing our recruitment services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, AI algorithms, software, and intellectual property displayed on the Masvoq platform are the exclusive property of Masvoq Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Masvoq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our platform or services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka or Hyderabad, Telangana.
