Data Scientist (Predictive Analytics)

About the Role

Masvoq is building the smartest matching engine in the world. As a Data Scientist, you will build predictive models that analyze historical hiring data, market trends, and skill adjacencies to predict candidate success and retention before an interview even happens.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy predictive machine learning models for talent matching and attrition forecasting.
• Clean, process, and analyze massive, unstructured datasets (resumes, job descriptions).
• Collaborate with product teams to translate model outputs into actionable UI insights.
• Continuously monitor model drift in production and retrain algorithms as necessary.
• Publish internal research reports on emerging talent and salary trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Data Science experience.
• Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Strong background in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and text classification.
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
