About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive aggressive revenue growth by mapping and securing massive enterprise accounts. You will act as a strategic consultant, selling Masvoq's elite AI-driven staffing and RPO solutions directly to C-suite executives at global tech and manufacturing firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and accelerate a robust enterprise sales pipeline from outbound prospecting to close.
- Lead complex sales cycles, negotiating high-value retained search and volume-hiring contracts.
- Act as a strategic workforce advisor to CHROs, CTOs, and Procurement Heads.
- Collaborate with our internal technical teams to design custom staffing architectures for clients.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) quotas.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, specifically in Staffing, RPO, or HR SaaS.
- Proven, documented track record of closing $500k+ ARR deals and hitting multi-million dollar quotas.
- Deep, established network in the Tech, Manufacturing, or BFSI sectors.
- Mastery of complex enterprise procurement processes and contract negotiations.
