Full-Stack React Developer

About the Role

Join Masvoq's core engineering team to build the next generation of scalable AI HR technology. You will be responsible for architecting and developing lightning-fast user interfaces and robust backend APIs that power our predictive talent matching systems used by thousands of recruiters daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop robust, secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js/Express.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to integrate AI models and semantic search endpoints into the UI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code (Jest/Cypress).
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma/TypeORM.
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS/Vercel) and CI/CD pipelines.
