VP of HR Operations

About the Role

As the VP of HR Operations, you will be the structural backbone of Masvoq's internal growth. You will oversee all employee lifecycle processes, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration, ensuring our internal operations scale flawlessly as we expand our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive global HR operations strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and benefits administration for a rapidly scaling team.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of internal HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).
• Develop and enforce robust organizational policies aligned with global labor laws.
• Drive internal employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of HR Operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Indian labor laws, compliance, and global payroll processing.
• Proven experience scaling HR operations in a high-growth tech or staffing startup.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build HR metrics and reporting dashboards.
