About the Role
We need a tactical leader to mentor and drive a pod of high-performing technical recruiters. You will balance hands-on recruitment for high-priority roles while optimizing the daily output, sourcing strategies, and conversion metrics of your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-6 technical recruiters.
- Own the recruitment strategy and delivery for key enterprise accounts.
- Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Conduct advanced sourcing training (Boolean, X-Ray, AI tools) for junior team members.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client hiring managers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of 360-degree technical recruitment experience.
- At least 2 years of direct people management or team lead experience.
- Exceptional track record of placing senior engineering and data science talent.
- Strong capability to analyze ATS data and present weekly performance reports.
