About the Role

Masvoq is looking for a data-driven B2B Marketing Strategist to own our lead generation engine. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Webinars) targeting enterprise HR leaders to build a high-quality pipeline for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads.
  • Manage our LinkedIn strategy, including paid ads and organic thought leadership.
  • Create high-converting landing pages, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Own the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B services.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing automation.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling, professional B2B content.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
