Lead Prompt Engineer

About the Role

Join the frontier of AI in recruitment. As a Lead Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting, refining, and testing complex LLM prompts that power Masvoq's automated candidate screening, resume parsing, and semantic matching systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, iterate, and optimize complex prompts for OpenAI (GPT-4) and open-source models.
• Develop automated evaluation frameworks to measure prompt accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate prompt chains into our production API.
• Analyze massive datasets of resumes and job descriptions to fine-tune model context windows.
• Stay ahead of the curve on new LLM capabilities and prompt engineering techniques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Strong programming background in Python.
• Deep understanding of few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought, and RAG architectures.
• Highly analytical mindset with a meticulous approach to testing and validation.
