About the Role
The Client Success Manager is the face of Masvoq for our most valuable enterprise clients. You will ensure our clients are extracting maximum value from our staffing services, driving high retention rates, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts post-sale.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews (QBRs) with client leadership.
- Act as the liaison between the client and our internal delivery/recruitment teams.
- Monitor SLA performance and ensure 100% compliance with contract terms.
- Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B Client Success or Account Management experience.
- Strong background in Staffing, Recruitment, or HR Consulting is highly preferred.
- Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to tracking client health scores and retention metrics.
